Is family law or divorce cases the only place you find the subject of annullment and where is it can i find it

I new at this I'm studying to be a paralegal. thanks for all your help.lolIs family law or divorce cases the only place you find the subject of annullment and where is it can i find it
Annulment is a procedure of the Catholic church whereby a marriage is considered to have been ';null'; from the beginning because of some problem ... so from God's point of view, the marriage was not a true marriage when the vows were exchanged. It looks from an examination of my search page as though the pages explaining the causes for annulment aren't available anymore(!) This is too bad, as there are many causes, including fraud (somebody tells you they're rich before you marry them, then afterwards it turns out they aren't), mental incompetence (their vow is invalid 'cause they can't think straight), I think even not having been married in the Catholic church was a reason (I had copied it all out a few years back). Apparently there are also civil annulments in some states. Here's one webpage ...

Where to find aviation law cases?

does anyone know a place on the internet that gives information about aviation rulings, like pilots suing ATC and other pilots for things such as negligence? I'll take anywhere but cases in Australia would be best.

Case law and precedent are how laws are interpreted by the courts. Once a law has been enacted by legislature then any precedent involving that law is considered to be part of the law itself.

Case law is used to help guide a court when making a decision that poses questions that are not clearly defined by the law. In these circumstances counsel usually will provide some case law to the court as to why the judge should listen to their argument versus another.

Every criminal case has its own unique circumstances. Precedent on laws help to establish how the law is meant to be applied and case law is used to help decide how an issue should be handled.

Where could i find law cases or jurisprudence about business transportation?

Go to your county law library. Unless you are familiar with looking up cases online you'll waste a lot of time. But http://www.findlaw.com/# and http://www.lexisone.com have a lot of free stuff. There are also state-specific sites, but you haven't said which state you want.Where could i find law cases or jurisprudence about business transportation?
