Specifically, I'm trying to find cases where the plaintiff was unemployed prior to the accident (and did incur permanent, disabling injuries) and if damages were awarded, anyway, for future loss of employment or a decrease in the types of occupations he/she could apply for because of injuries incurred during the accident.
