I remember a law sometime back, was reading about it. Gave judges more power, mostly to move the kid to another location if child abuse is suspected. Any idea what the name is?Law to give judges more power in cases of child abuse?
stupid.You should NOT separate a child from his/her parents unless you are SURE that abuse is happening.
