I have already started the case we are about to finish and i got in a hit and run in a parking lot. Does this give the car manufacture the right to dismiss the case in the state of CA?If you meet in an accident and you have already started a lemon law case. Can you still proceed in CA?
no,the issues you have with the car manufacturer is still valid, getting in a accident that wasn't your fault doesn't dismiss the case
