When law is not upheld; why does it represent precedence in future cases?

in a nut shell, there are too many liberal Judges on the bench who ignore the law, and legislate from the bench. Review the case history of the 9th district court of appeals, out of San Fransisco. This motley bunch of liberal pinheads have more over turns than any where else...look it up for your self... please do( that was for the most part, for the ';liberals'; who will absolutely disagree as they are either in denial or just plain part of the corruption to force their will on the land).
