Hey guys,
do any of you know of any law cases that involve students being expelled without having gone threw due process of having a hearing ith the school board beforehand?Law cases involving due process of students (highschool or college)?
Not law; school board policy.
Some situations require immediate suspension and hearing afterwards.
School policy is different than case law
