Do you know of any law cases that involve the blurring line between advertsing and journalism?
Not that I am aware of. I can't remember it coming up in Law School. But now a word from Coca Cola, ';is it hot where you are, well have a nice refreshing glass of ice cold Coke'; Actually, there is often sponsored events that are covered by the press, television and such. I don't thing it would affect the first amendment.bella cosmetics
