I am looking for a case where someone - A - had a drafted a will to leave all of his savings to - B -. Then he change his mind and sets a solicitor - C - responsible to create a new will leaving all his possesions to - D -. - A - dies and the will was not drafted by the solicitor. Are there any similar cases?Can someone tell me Law Books for Inheritance Cases?
