Why does Fox news talk so much about the evils of Sharia law in civil cases, but not Talmudic Law?

There are communities that use Talmudic Law to settle civil cases, and that seems alright. However when someone proposes that Sharia Law could be used for the same purposed, all of a sudden the Conservatives get out the Waaahmbulence and commence crying like babies.Why does Fox news talk so much about the evils of Sharia law in civil cases, but not Talmudic Law?
Not everyone wants to get stoned to death if they are suspected of having committed adultery.





As a long time member of the Democratic Party I can tell you that if we were under Sharia Law, over half of our members would be stoned to death.





Of course the Radical Extreme Leftists in our party have been stoned for years, but that is a different kind of stoned.Why does Fox news talk so much about the evils of Sharia law in civil cases, but not Talmudic Law?
Because Talmudic law, or perhaps you are referring to the Jewish law in the old testament, is not practiced by any country. Israel is a very progressive and very liberal democracy that promotes equal rights for women, homosexuals, and people of all races and creeds.
As it's the basis of American jurisprudence, it would seem appropriate not to lay into it too much.





No one is suggesting Talmudic Law as a replacement for what already exists, but that's not the case with Sharia Law.
the imposing of sharia law is a tool of Jihad.... part of the non-military tactics used by the Islamists to take over our civilization, and destroy our way of life.
