I worked with a manufacturing company. A staff got missing on his way to the office. Up till this moment he has not been found. For how long will the company continues to pay his salaries and continue with its statutory responsibility.How does the law advised employers to treat cases of missing employees(police already aware). Do you pay still?
most cases are 3 days. after that, it is considered job abandonment.
